The UNSW Bike Club is inviting all staff and students to take part in National Ride to Work Day on Wednesday 17 October.

It is estimated that over 60,000 people will take part in this year's event and that National Ride to Work Day will save over 10,600 tonnes of Greenhouse Gas in the first three years.

The Club has organised a number of events to promote cycling as alternative transport for students and staff, including a "bike bus" from Central Station and a free breakfast for everyone who cycles to UNSW on the day.
