A survey to determine trends in the patterns of Australian drug use and the drug market has found a shift towards the higher purity crystal form of MDMA.


More young Australians are using a very pure form of ecstasy crystals, with a significant number bingeing on stimulants for up to 48 hours, according to key findings presented today by UNSW's National Drug and Alcohol Research Centre.
