New book celebrates Vicke Lindstrand's art

The life and art of famous Swedish glass designer Vicke Lindstrand will be celebrated in a new book by UNSW Art & Design's Dr Mark Ian Jones. Vicke Lindstrand On The Periphery will be launched at the Museum of Applied Arts & Sciences accompanied by a pop-up exhibition of glass objects spanning Lindstrand's career from the 1930s to the 1970s, including his time at Orrefors and Kosta glassworks.
