Whether you’re looking to explore undergraduate or postgraduate study, UNSW Open Day is the perfect starting point. Students in their senior years of schooling have missed out on attending in person Open Days over the last couple of years, so this year will be bigger and better than ever.

“It’s really important that prospective students and their families attend as many Open Days as possible so that they make the right choice for them,” says Chris Lewis, Head of Future Student Recruitment at UNSW Sydney. “Open Day really is your opportunity to see the best of everything that we do on display, talk to our current students, our staff and have a peek behind the scenes!”

UNSW Open Day is not only a great way to find out more about helping you find the right degree, but also about discovering UNSW’s vibrant campus lifestyle.

“You should always do some planning and thinking in advance so when you have the opportunity on the day, you can ask the right questions like: What will I actually be learning in first year, what sort of facilities will be available to me, what sort of career opportunities do students in this course go on to?” says Mr Lewis.

“Open Day is a day of exploration, of celebration and inspiration and we can’t wait to welcome you onto the campus again.”

Where is it and how do I get there?

UNSW Open Day will be held at the Kensington Campus and is easily accessible via public transport. You can catch both the L2 and L3 light rail with stops located out the front of the university on both Anzac Parade (L3) or High Street (L2). Public bus services also operate to UNSW. Use Transport NSW’s Trip Planner tool to find the best option for you.

If you’d like to find out more about UNSW’s specialist Art & Design campus located at Paddington, a shuttle bus will run between the Kensington and Paddington campus all day. Street parking at the Paddington Campus is extremely limited, so it’s advisable to catch public transport or make use of the free shuttle bus service.

If you are travelling by car, the Barker Street, Botany Street and Western Campus (Anzac Parade) carparks will be open and free for the duration of the event. Parking is limited and may reach capacity during the event.
