Khushboo Sood is one of the UNSW Future of Change Scholarship winners who has joined the University after putting her “impossible is nothing” attitude into a playful video.

The Future of Change Scholarships are for Indian citizens with an offer of admission to UNSW. Applicants are asked to show their passion and determination to achieve their goals within a two-minute video.

Rather than telling UNSW about the brighter future she imagines, the Master of Design student brings her vision to life in a quirky video.

“Some of these already exist, some are underway and some I probably gave you an idea for,” she says of her designs. “It doesn’t matter, because I’ve got plenty more where that came from.”

More than 4,500 expressions of interest were received for the first round Future of Change Scholarships, with 10 awarded across six faculties.

UNSW’s growing ties with India include a new Delhi office led by former Indian diplomat Amit Dasgupta, and enrolments from India topping 350 students this year.
